Aether IDE

Aether is a lightweight, AI-native code editor built from scratch — the parts of VS Code and Cursor developers actually use, without the bloat. It pairs a virtualized file explorer with git decorations, a Monaco editor with 80+ language grammars and cross-file IntelliSense, a real PTY terminal, a native browser pane with DevTools, and a source control panel with AI-generated commit messages. AI is wired into the editor itself: inline edits, semantic search, and agent-assisted code review. Because it runs on Tauri and the OS native webview instead of bundling Chromium, the whole app ships a fraction of the size of an Electron editor.
